  DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!! My father ordered a steam shower from here. He ordered a right hand drain shower and when it came in the shower had all left hand parts. They would not answer any emails or phone calls to correct the problem. The company only made contact after the BBB, attorney general and the credit card company were informed. They told them we were putting it together wrong (not true) because of that there’s nothing that can be done. Shame on you and your scam of a business. My parents are old and on a fixed income as it is, now they have a useless $2,000+ shower.

  Hard to reach. Nice when you talk to someone, but not able to follow through on expectations set. Lead time that was given upfront before my purchase was off by 2 weeks. Directions they provide to assembly and installation had typos and missing info leading to take more time and second guessing. Also pieces were missing from China. Luxury Spa should provide extra screws and parts in Addition to what came with package.
